A Dead Man's Confession on 4chan, a Sealed Federal File. No FollowUp.
Eight hours before Maxwell's arrest, an anonymous man confessed to working for Epstein online. The federal government watched, built a file, sealed it, and never called him back.
What you are about to read is not a theory. Last Page First has identified a 17-page sealed federal file inside the DOJ's own EFTA document releases. Case ID 50D-NY-3027571. A named complainant submitted a tip with eleven screenshot enclosures. The FBI ran queries, confirmed the content, and assembled the file. A court sealed it. The account it documents was posted eight hours before Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested. Every claim from the anonymous source is clearly marked as unverified. The government's documented response to that account is not. Read carefully. It is long. Share it if it reaches you.

Someone at the federal government watched that video. They screenshotted the landing page, the description, the view count, the comment section, and multiple frames of the video content itself. They assembled those screenshots into a documented file spanning seventeen pages, case ID 50D-NY-3027571, running from EFTA_00109391 through EFTA_00109407. The master file reference is EFTA01249662. Every page carries the same red text:

Then they filed it. And as far as the public record shows, they never contacted anyone.
They did not just receive a tip. They built a surveillance file. Then a court sealed it. This is what was inside.
I. The Thread Opens — 00:05:33, July 2, 2020

The poster opened with three statements in rapid sequence. He was going to kill himself the next day. He was sending information packets to CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News simultaneously -- one each, deliberately spread across ideologically distinct networks. And he had spent almost eight years as a professional driver and security guard for Jeffrey Epstein.
He explained his choice of platform. He trusted 4chan, he wrote, because of its history of releasing legitimate information in the face of mass media coverup. This was not a naive choice. It was a calculated one. He was posting on the one platform where anonymous content could survive and propagate regardless of what any editor or producer decided to do with it.
The date was not incidental. July 2, 2020 is the morning Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested. The SDNY unsealed the indictment before dawn. Maxwell was taken into custody in Bradford, New Hampshire. The thread opened at 00:05. The arrest came roughly eight hours later.

Whether the poster knew the arrest was coming cannot be established. What can be said is that on the morning the federal government moved against the most significant surviving figure in the Epstein network, an anonymous man claiming to have worked inside that network opened a confession thread and said he expected to be dead within 24 hours.
He also said he thought they might kill him first.
I’ve done things I can’t forgive myself for, and I think they’ll have me killed anyway. I’m going to do it on my terms.
II. Who He Said He Was

The poster described his entry point in specific terms. He had worked the door at a private gentlemen’s club outside Washington D.C. From that position he was introduced to employment managers working for Epstein, recruited on the basis of his experience as a cab driver and bouncer and his demonstrated willingness to overlook drugs and prostitution at the club.
His initial role was mundane. He ran errands. Covered for absent staff. Mowed the lawn when the gardener called out. He described himself as a floating general helper whose manager reported directly to Epstein. He was kept at the margins deliberately.
Over time the assignments changed. He cleaned one of Epstein’s bedrooms and found what he described on the sheets. He said nothing. His manager thanked him for his discretion. He noted that cameras covered almost every room in the property -- with two exceptions: Epstein’s private office and his main bedroom.
Then came the first pickup. He was sent to collect a girl from a bus station.
I didn’t ask her her age. I knew better. But she couldn’t have been older than 16. I got a really bad feeling in my stomach.
He drove her to Epstein’s house. A few hours later he drove her back to the bus stop. She was crying. He did not speak to her about it. A few weeks later he did it again. Then his manager informed him that Epstein wanted him to take over all pickups and drop-offs. They called it ‘cutie duty.’
Pay for this period: $75,000 annually, rising to $115,000 when the driving volume increased. His explanation for the structure was direct:
Every time my job became more illegal, the money would get better. That’s his tactic. He knows that people will do just about anything for the right price.
The salary range cited — $75,000 to $115,000 — is consistent with above-market compensation practices documented in civil litigation record prior to this thread. The poster later revised his personal ceiling to $150,000. Each increase is described as tied to increased criminal exposure.
III. The Romney Assignment and the Body in Boulder

After four months on cutie duty, Epstein took a trip abroad and loaned the poster out to another family. He named them as the Romneys. He was careful to specify: he never met Mitch Romney and did not believe he worked for him directly. He worked for the family. He reported to an employment manager as usual.
Allegation — unverified anonymous source: The poster’s reference to the Romney family has not been independently corroborated. He explicitly states he never met Mitch Romney and does not claim to have worked for him personally. The allegation is the loaning-out structure — that Epstein transferred staff to connected families — not a direct claim against any named individual.
The assignment was to drive a young man named Cole, approximately 22, whose license had been suspended for drunk driving. Cole lived in what the poster described as a vacation cabin — a mansion, he clarified — outside Boulder, Colorado. Every weekend they drove into the city. Cole got drunk, found women or prostitutes, and the poster drove everyone home.
One Sunday morning the routine broke. Cole met him in the driveway without texting first. There was a problem, Cole said. Not that big of a deal.
The girl from the night before was in Cole’s bedroom. Face up. Mouth pooled with vomit. She was dead.

The poster pulled out his phone and dialed 911. Cole slapped it out of his hand. He could not get in trouble, Cole said, because it would look bad on his family. The poster said Cole had already been getting into trouble. Cole agreed — just not this kind. He offered a big bonus if the poster handled it himself.
Cole got out a different phone and started making calls. After a few minutes he handed the poster GPS coordinates.

The poster alleges he wrapped the body in a blanket and loaded her into the bed of an F-150 used for landscaping work, covered with a tarp and surrounded by fertilizer and tools to look natural. He drove to the coordinates. He had to stop twice to vomit.
At the coordinates he found a small dirt pull-off. A black SUV and a Jeep with off road tires were already there. A woman, probably in her 50s, sat in the passenger seat. A large man was driving. The woman made a call, described him to someone on the phone, then put it down and told him they were who he was looking for. She asked if the body was under the supplies. He said yes. She told him to take a break.
He walked into the trees and smoked. They had the body in the Jeep within five minutes. The Jeep drove further into the woods. He waited seven minutes and left.
Later he received a text from a blocked number: do not leave early again.
Cole was sitting at the kitchen table eating a massive bowl of Froot Loops with a big serving spoon watching Love and Hip Hop. He asks me to wash his blanket and sheets. We got really drunk that night and Cole tells me this has happened twice before and it’s always fine.
IV. Little Saint James
After the Romney assignment ended, the poster was referred as a reliable driver to Def Jam Records, where he worked on Rihanna’s Talk That Talk promotional tour. He drove promotional gear city to city, was occasionally sent to pick up drugs, and was sent on two occasions to pick up young girls for delivery to Rihanna’s hotel room. He described being met at the door by someone more senior than himself.

The poster’s allegations regarding Rihanna are unverified and come from an anonymous, unconfirmed source. They are included here because they appear in the account as documented in the DOJ EFTA file. After the tour he was called back to work for Epstein directly. He described developing a cocaine habit he has maintained to the present day, using it to function through what he was doing. He was flown to Little Saint James.
He worked on the island for approximately one year, 2013 to 2014. His official role was grounds maintenance and building upkeep. He described the island as paradise — the architecture exquisite, the bathhouse creepy. He identified fake doors on the bathhouse property designed to confuse flyby surveillance. Regular staff were kept out of sight. They were not permitted to work in any area unless they confirmed it was empty. Only Epstein’s most trusted employees could be present in buildings where he and his guests were. When the guests were described as world leaders and CEOs, the staff were kept further away still.
Once, carrying garbage, the poster walked past Epstein’s office and was beckoned inside. Epstein asked his name. Offered him a seat. Asked how anything that feels good could be bad. He had a large painting of Oscar Wilde and called him a personal hero. He explained Hedonism. The poster said he understood. Epstein let him go.
Then, entering a maintenance shed to return tools, the poster walked in on something he was not supposed to see.
There was a large man, sweaty, pale, hunched over and thrusting. He had a tattoo of Nixon on his back and was wearing a bull’s head mask. He turns to me and says, quite angrily: do you mind.
The poster googled the Nixon back tattoo afterward. He identified the man as Roger Stone, whom he had never heard of until that moment.
The Roger Stone identification is made by an anonymous unverified source based on a tattoo. Roger Stone’s Nixon back tattoo is publicly documented and widely photographed -- that detail is independently verifiable. The allegation of what the poster claims to have witnessed is unverified and comes solely from this source.
For the next two weeks the poster was assigned the worst jobs on the island. Trash. Toilets. Scrubbing boats. People made small comments about minding his business —he understood the implication.
V. The Plays

In the Q&A section of the thread, a reader asked directly: did you see occult stuff on the island? Robes, pentagrams, rituals?
The poster’s answer was careful. They called them plays and theatre, he said. But from his eyes, the speeches and ceremonies he witnessed looked a lot like rituals.
Epstein had a portable stage set up near the bathhouse. He wore a bull’s head mask — rubber, the poster specified, but worn all night by whoever gave the speech. After they came up from the Chamber below the bathhouse, the masked person would roam the island through the night. It was generally understood, the poster wrote, that you were to avoid them at all costs.
When they wear the mask they’re like animals. They just wander around from one carnal satisfaction to the next. Food, sex, sometimes violence. Whatever. And they could do whatever they want. If they came to you and told you to do something, you have to do it.

He described a trap door in the floor of the bathhouse that had not appeared in any investigation photographs he had seen. It led to what they called the Chamber — described as a bondage dungeon. He stayed as far from the bathhouse as possible on those nights.
VI. Switzerland — The Murder
A boy, maybe 14, naked, speaking French, asking for help. The nanny took him back inside. Nobody ever mentioned it again. Post No.25410945. SOURCE: 4chan /x/ archived thread
In 2013 or 2014 Epstein selected the poster and two other trusted island employees for a winter retreat at a property in the Swiss Alps. Their official role was supervising local staff. Their real function was keeping people quiet or in the dark.
Three days into the stay, while the poster and the two others were doing cocaine in the lower garage, a boy came through the doorway. He was approximately 14. Blonde, pale, naked. He was speaking French. He was asking for help. He looked hysterical.
The other two left immediately. The poster stayed. He told the boy to calm down. He wanted him to feel better. Within thirty seconds a woman, described as one of the nannies, came in. The boy looked at her, confused, trying to decide if she could be trusted. She could not. She shushed him, put her jacket over him, took his hand, and led him back into the house. The poster never saw him again. Nobody ever mentioned it.
During his last two weeks on the property, the poster witnessed a murder.
A local hire — a dishwasher — was seen with a cell phone out, possibly recording. The poster and the two other island employees were told to go check it out. They found the man, asked him to empty his pockets, confirmed he had a phone, told him to unlock it. He refused. One of the others made a call, came back, and struck the man directly in the nose, breaking it. The man started screaming.
The poster names both men at this point in the thread. He wrote that he decided he would say their names.
Daniel Robinson, from South Florida. Marcus Harper, from Nevada.
Daniel Robinson and Marcus Harper are named in a murder allegation in an unverified anonymous account. These names appear verbatim in Post No.25411051 and in the video transcript documented in the DOJ EFTA file. Last Page First is reporting what the source stated. These allegations have not been independently corroborated. No formal charge or investigation is known to have resulted from this account.
Marcus and the poster held the man down. Daniel punched him again and told him to unlock the phone. He complied. The phone contained photographs and videos from inside the house. They knew he had not transmitted anything — only wired connections worked there, through signal jammers or remoteness.
Daniel made another call. He told them to take the man into the woods. The poster believed they were going to threaten him and make him sign an NDA.
Daniel took off his belt and strangled him to death.
The ground was frozen. They put the body in an outbuilding. Then they put him through a wood chipper and burned everything to ash. Bits of charred bone remained. The poster swept them into a trash bag and threw it out with the regular garbage.
This, above anything else, I feel the most guilty for.
After that the poster began working directly for Epstein. Epstein never mentioned the journalist. It was like it never happened. But they both knew it was why the poster was now trusted.
VII. The File They Built and Sealed
On July 9, 2020 at 9:47pm Eastern Time, a man named Matthew Mullin submitted an online tip to the FBI National Threat Operations Center via tips.fbi.gov. The case was opened under ID number 50D-NY-3027571, titled: EPSTEIN, JEFFREY; CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING.
Mullin’s submitted text read: “This is a YouTube video on the website 4chan, an account by a man who worked for Epstein, includes names and information about everything, including stuff on the island you apparently missed. Please, use your power to find the people named here, find the workers and the elite bastards. And give them justice. I’m sure the FBI had the power to find a user on an anonymous website and track down the names stated.”
The tip was filed with eleven screenshot enclosures, each listed identically: “screenshots 4-chan and YouTube.”
The FBI did not just log the tip and move on. Page 6 of the intake record — EFTA_00109396, EFTA01249652 — documents that analysts ran open source queries. Those queries revealed, in the FBI’s own words: “spoken comments/confession of being Epstein’s driver/employee assisting with Epstein’s sex ring and other celebrities.” A second query confirmed the Story Time with a Dead Man posts on 4chan. The FBI attached the screenshots as enclosures and assembled them into a file.
The case number is 50D-NY-3027571. The file runs from EFTA_00109391 through EFTA_00109407 — seventeen pages total. The tip intake itself spans six pages, EFTA01249647 through EFTA01249652. The eleven screenshot enclosures follow sequentially.
Every page carries the protective order designation.
The FBI had the case number. They had the content. They had the names. They ran the queries and confirmed what they were looking at.
Then nothing.

Seven days after the thread posted, a YouTube channel called The Chasseur uploaded a 24-minute video reading the account aloud, titled ‘4chan story - /x/ - Working for Epstein.’ The Chasseur had 10,900 subscribers at the time of upload. The video received 23,927 views and 1,700 likes. The Chasseur pinned a comment linking the original 4chan thread directly.
In the video’s description: ‘This one is quite disturbing compared to the other videos on my channel, but I felt like this was necessary to be shared rather than being buried and forgotten.’
Someone at the federal government found the video. What they did next was not passive.
They built a file.
Across at least seventeen documented pages — the six-page tip intake record and eleven screenshot enclosures, internal reference 3501.383-001 — federal investigators captured: the tip submission from a named complainant, open source query results confirming the content, the 4chan thread itself, the YouTube video landing page, the channel description, the view and subscriber counts, the comment section with 490 comments, and multiple frames of the video content including the closing title card referencing Maxwell's arrest.

Every single page of this file carries the same designation, printed in red:
SUBJECT TO PROTECTIVE ORDER PARAGRAPHS 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, AND 17.
A protective order means a federal court reviewed this material and determined it required judicial protection from disclosure. This was not a bureaucratic filing decision. A judge signed off on sealing it.
The file was later released, in part, through the EFTA process — the ongoing DOJ disclosure of Epstein-related documents. It appears in those releases under the document numbers cited above. Last Page First located these pages within the EFTA release materials.
There is no documented follow up investigation. No record of any attempt to identify the poster and no record of any inquiry to The Chasseur. No record of any followup regarding the GPS coordinates in Jefferson County, Colorado. No record of any inquiry into the named individuals — Daniel Robinson, South Florida; Marcus Harper, Nevada. No record of any effort to locate or preserve the original Chasseur video before it disappeared.
The original Chasseur channel no longer has the video publicly available. The version that survives is a re-upload by ChiRho Productions, which describes itself as a copy of The Chasseur’s original and notes that YouTube — not the uploader — disabled the comments.
VIII. What Is Documented, What Is Not, and Why It Is Important
This account is unverified. The poster is anonymous. No identity has been confirmed. No physical evidence corroborates the specific allegations. These are the facts and they must be stated plainly.
What is independently verifiable: Roger Stone’s Nixon back tattoo is publicly documented. Little Saint James’s bathhouse and its unusual architectural features have been reported by multiple journalists and documented in legal proceedings. Epstein’s above-market employee compensation and NDA enforcement practices appear in civil court records. The GPS coordinates map to a real location in Jefferson County, Colorado, accessible off Highway 111. Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested the morning of July 2, 2020, the same date as the thread.
What the DOJ file establishes beyond any dispute: federal investigators found this video, watched it, documented it across seventeen pages, and a court placed it under protective order. The government knew this account existed. They knew it named specific individuals and described specific locations. They built a file about it.
Then they sealed it.
That decision — to seal rather than investigate, to file rather than follow up — is itself a documented fact. It does not prove the account is true. It proves the government read it and chose what to do next. And what they chose to do next produced no public record of action.
The thread may be worthless as evidence. The government’s decision to watch it, file it, seal it, and stop there is not.
If the account is fabricated, a minimal investigative effort would have established that. The GPS coordinates could be checked. The named individuals could be located. The three media packets sent to CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News could be confirmed or denied. None of that appears in any public record.
If the account is true, a woman’s body was disposed of on a mountain road off Highway 111 in Colorado. A dishwasher was strangled with a belt in a Swiss outbuilding, put through a wood chipper, and thrown out with regular garbage. And the only person who said so publicly did it on 4chan at midnight, eight hours before the most significant arrest in the Epstein case, because he trusted the internet more than he trusted law enforcement.
He may have been right to.
