The Widow and the Whistleblower
Erika Kirk took over Turning Point USA six days after her husband was assassinated. No executive experience. No governance paper trail. One question nobody in mainstream media is asking her on record.

Who Is Erika Kirk
Her name before Charlie was Erika Frantzve. Erika was born in 1988 in Colorado and raised in a religious household. In 2006, at age 17, she founded a nonprofit called Everyday Heroes Like You, designed to highlight under-recognized charities. In 2012, on her 23rd birthday, she was crowned Miss Arizona USA — a pageant co-owned at the time by Donald Trump — and competed in Miss USA that year, failing to place.
By 2016 Erika was creating faith content. BIBLEin365, a ministry program she launched that year, challenges its participants to read the Bible in a year. In 2018 she launched Proclaim Streetwear, a faith based clothing company emphasizing American manufacturing. She also hosts a weekly devotional podcast called Midweek Rise Up. And as of 2025 she was working as a real estate agent with the Corcoran Group in New York City.
Erika met Charlie Kirk in 2018 at what was meant to be a job interview at TPUSA’s Phoenix headquarters. He later invited her to dinner in New York. They got engaged in December 2020 and married May 8, 2021, at a ceremony in Scottsdale. TPUSA funded a reception at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess hotel, timed to coincide with the organization’s ninth anniversary. They had their daughter in August 2022 and son in May 2024.
On the Charlie Kirk Show, Charlie described his wife as more conservative than him. “By far,” he said. “Not even close. I am a moderate compared to Erika.” On air, Erika advocated for what she called the revival of biblical womanhood and told listeners: “When it comes to your husband, he is your alpha.”
She was a visible presence at TPUSA events and rallies. She was photographed at Trump’s 2025 inaugural ball. On February 24, 2026, she was Trump’s guest at the State of the Union address, where the crowd erupted in chants of “Charlie” when Trump honored her. In March 2026, Trump appointed her to the United States Air Force Academy Board of Visitors.
“If you thought my husband’s mission was powerful before, you have no idea what you just unleashed.” — Erika Kirk, September 12, 2025
The Succession
TPUSA’s COO Tyler Bowyer announced Erika’s appointment on X, writing: “This was what Charlie hoped for and wanted and he said so numerous times. Erika is one with Charlie and Charlie is one with Erika.” The board framing was consistent: Charlie had planned for this, said so to multiple executives, and the succession was an expression of his wishes.
There is no public documentation of when or how Charlie Kirk formally communicated this succession plan, or whether it existed in writing. TPUSA did not disclose the governance process. The organization has 450 staff and a presence on 3,500 campuses. Its donor base and financials are not publicly disclosed.
Erika Kirk had no prior executive leadership role in a major organization. Her professional background was in faith-based content, a small clothing line, a nonprofit, and real estate. She had not previously held a position at TPUSA. The transition drew little scrutiny from mainstream conservative media, which largely framed her appointment as a moment of grace and continuity.
Candace Owens, however, frames it differently.
She Brought Receipts
Owens’ escalation happened in stages. In the weeks after Kirk’s assassination, she began raising questions on her podcast about the official narrative — asking why Robinson, whose motive appeared politically motivated and whom the FBI says acted alone, was not being examined for potential connections to a broader operation. She alleged Kirk had been threatened before the shooting. She suggested people close to him had betrayed him. She implied Israeli government involvement. She implied French government involvement. She implied TPUSA internal involvement.
Those claims are unverified. The FBI has stated Robinson acted alone. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 2026. No evidence of a broader conspiracy has been publicly produced.
However. Within the same period, Owens surfaced things that are documented.
First: the texts. In October 2025, TPUSA spokesman Andrew Kolvet confirmed the authenticity of text messages Kirk allegedly sent to a WhatsApp group roughly 48 hours before his death. Per Kolvet’s own public statement, the texts were real. In them, Kirk expressed frustration with pressure from pro-Israel donors, writing that he had “just lost another huge Jewish donor — $2 million a year because we won’t cancel Tucker” and that he “cannot and will not be bullied.” He described leaving the pro-Israel cause. These texts were not surfaced by mainstream media. Owens published them.
Second: the internal audio. Owens obtained and aired a recording from inside TPUSA, captured roughly two weeks after Kirk’s death, in which Erika Kirk congratulated her events team for pulling off what she called the “event of the century” — a reference to AmericaFest, which drew 275,000 attendees — and celebrated record fundraising numbers. TPUSA did not dispute the authenticity of the recording. The recording was used by Owens to suggest Erika Kirk seemed not sufficiently grief-stricken. Whether that is a fair characterization is a matter of interpretation. That the recording exists and that TPUSA did not deny it is a fact.
Third: the Scientology thread. Owens alleged that Craig Jensen, a longtime TPUSA donor listed on its own Advisory Board, was a Scientologist who had spent years trying to recruit Charlie Kirk into the organization. TPUSA did not deny Jensen’s Advisory Board role. Tony Ortega, a journalist who covers Scientology, subsequently published corroborating testimony from Joy Villa, a former Scientology insider, identifying Jensen as a TPUSA donor with Scientology connections. That thread was not invented by Owens. It was substantiated independently.
Fourth: John Mappin. After Charlie Kirk’s death, TPUSA held an event at which John Mappin — a British Scientologist who appears in Jeffrey Epstein’s address book and is listed in a DOJ audio file connected to a 1989 Metropolitan Police child abuse inquiry — was given a speaking platform. Erika Kirk praised him from the stage. Mappin has never been charged with any crime. His appearance in the Epstein files is documented. That he appeared at a TPUSA tribute event and was publicly endorsed by its new CEO is also documented.
The Corcoran Group

One of the threads online investigators have pulled hardest on is Erika Kirk’s time as a licensed real estate agent with the Corcoran Group in New York. The connection they draw: the Corcoran Group also handled the sale of Jeffrey Epstein’s properties after his death, including his $22 million Palm Beach mansion and his New York City townhouse. Those sales were carried out by Corcoran agent Kerry Warwick. There is no evidence that Erika Kirk was involved in those transactions, had any contact with Warwick, or had any professional role on the Epstein accounts.
DOCUMENTED: Erika Kirk held a New York state real estate license and was listed as a Corcoran Group agent as recently as late 2025. The Corcoran Group handled the post-death sale of Epstein’s real estate holdings to fund his victims’ compensation program. Those sales were managed by a different agent.
DOCUMENTED: No recorded real estate transactions have been publicly identified in Erika Kirk’s name during her time at Corcoran. Multiple real estate professionals have noted publicly that obtaining a Corcoran position typically requires prior experience, though how or when Kirk obtained her license has not been publicly documented.
ALLEGATION: Candace Owens alleged that Kirk’s role at Corcoran included serving as a point of contact for Next Model Management to arrange accommodations for young models brought from overseas. TPUSA denied Erika Kirk ever worked for Next Model Management. Owens has not produced documentation of the claimed Corcoran-to-Next-Model liaison role.
INCORRECT: Owens alleged that Corcoran's president at the relevant time was a member of the Rothschild family with documented Epstein connections. The Corcoran Group's President and CEO since 2000 is Pamela Liebman. There is no Rothschild in Corcoran's leadership at any point in the public record. This claim is factually incorrect. Last Page First does not include it as a finding.
What Owens did say clearly, and what is worth separating out: she stated on X on March 14, 2026 that a viral audio clip circulating at the time, which others claimed was Erika Kirk’s voice on a recording found on the DOJ website discussing arranging access to girls for Epstein, was not authentic. Her team had received the clip and independently debunked it. She did not include it in her series. That intervention — Owens publicly defending Erika Kirk against a fabricated piece of evidence while simultaneously pursuing other threads against her — is notable and worth recording accurately.
Next Model Management
Next Model Management was co-founded by Faith Kates, a New York modeling industry figure. The DOJ’s Epstein file releases include email correspondence between Kates and Epstein. In December 2025, Kates announced her retirement from the agency she co-founded 36 years earlier. The timing of her retirement, coming immediately after the Epstein email releases that referenced her extensively, was noted by the New York Post and Women’s Wear Daily. Kates and the agency did not respond to press requests. Kates’ husband, reached by phone, declined to comment.
DOCUMENTED: Faith Kates co-founded Next Model Management and maintained extensive email correspondence with Jeffrey Epstein, including communications about Eastern European models. This is contained in the released Epstein files. Kates retired in December 2025 shortly after these emails became public.
ALLEGATION: Candace Owens alleged, based on tips from multiple sources, that Erika Kirk took several meetings at Next Model Management between 2015 and 2017. Owens said her sources confirmed Kirk was not there as a model but was participating in meetings with people who surrounded Faith Kates, including Jeffrey Epstein, who she said frequented the office due to his relationship with Kates. TPUSA denied Kirk ever worked for the agency. Owens emailed Kirk and TPUSA asking about the nature of those meetings. Neither responded.
The specific claim — that Epstein was present at those meetings — rests on Owens’ sources, who said they did not personally witness Kirk and Epstein meet directly but said Epstein was frequently present in those offices. That is the chain of inference. It has not been independently verified. It has also not been denied with any specificity.
A Lead Worth Following: Bear Stearns and a Family Name
Separately from the Owens investigation, Last Page First has identified a thread that has not appeared in any published reporting and which we are flagging as an unverified lead requiring further documentation before it can be stated as fact.
Epstein’s entry into the world of high finance came through Bear Stearns. In 1976, a Dalton School parent — connected to Alan ‘Ace’ Greenberg, then a senior executive at Bear Stearns — referred Epstein for a position at the firm. Greenberg hired him. It was an unorthodox entry: Epstein had no college degree, no Wall Street pedigree. Greenberg’s culture of hiring what he called PSDs — ‘poor, smart, and determined’ — made it possible. Greenberg would come to view Epstein as a protege. The two remained personally close well after Epstein left Bear Stearns in 1981. In 2003, Greenberg contributed a note to Epstein’s birthday book. The Greenberg-to-Epstein line of patronage is one of the most documented starting points in the entire Epstein financial origin story.
The unverified lead: we have received information suggesting that Erika Kirk’s aunt, Karla, may have married a man named Jack David Solomon, and that Solomon had a close professional association with Alan Greenberg at Bear Stearns. If accurate, this would constitute a family connection between Erika Kirk’s immediate relatives and one of the men most directly responsible for Epstein’s entry into elite finance.
LEAD — UNVERIFIED: A reported family connection between Erika Kirk’s aunt and a Bear Stearns figure closely tied to Alan Greenberg, who sponsored Epstein’s Wall Street career. We have not been able to independently confirm this connection through public records or documentation. We are disclosing it as a lead under active research, not as an established fact. If you have documentation related to this connection, contact Last Page First.
This does not establish that Erika Kirk directly worked for Epstein, or had any knowledge of his crimes. It is a thread. It is worth pulling.
On The Record
What is documented: Charlie Kirk was assassinated. A suspect is charged. The FBI says he acted alone. The official investigation is ongoing with a preliminary hearing scheduled May 2026.
What is documented: Erika Kirk was appointed CEO of a $100 million-plus organization six days after her husband’s death, with no prior executive experience at that scale, on the basis of an undocumented verbal succession plan.
What is documented: TPUSA’s donor list is private. Its governance processes are not publicly disclosed. Its financials are not publicly available. Multiple staff have been fired since September 2025.
What is documented: John Mappin (read my article on him here) — a named figure in the federal Epstein files, listed in Epstein’s address book, linked by a DOJ audio file to a 1989 Met Police child abuse inquiry — appeared at a TPUSA event honoring Charlie Kirk after his death and was described approvingly by Erika Kirk from the stage.
What is documented: Faith Kates, co-founder of Next Model Management, maintained documented email contact with Jeffrey Epstein and retired abruptly after those emails became public. Candace Owens alleges Erika Kirk took multiple meetings at that agency between 2015 and 2017.
What is documented: The Corcoran Group, where Erika Kirk held a real estate license, handled the post-death liquidation of Epstein’s properties. She was not involved in those transactions.
What is documented: Candace Owens surfaced texts Kirk sent two days before his death that TPUSA subsequently confirmed as authentic. She surfaced internal TPUSA audio that TPUSA did not deny. She named a Scientology donor thread that a separate journalist subsequently corroborated. She also publicly debunked fabricated evidence against Erika Kirk that others were promoting.
What is not documented: Any evidence that Erika Kirk had advance knowledge of her husband’s assassination. Any evidence that TPUSA was involved in Kirk’s death. Any evidence linking Erika Kirk personally to Epstein’s criminal operation. These claims by various online figures are unverified and should be treated as such.
Owens is not an investigator. She is a podcaster with millions of followers who mixes documented findings with unsubstantiated allegations. That makes her dangerous to trust wholesale. It does not make everything she has surfaced wrong.
A widow with no executive experience now runs one of the most powerful conservative youth organizations in America. The donors funding her organization are anonymous. A Scientologist who appears in the federal Epstein files spoke from the stage in her defense. Her predecessor’s confirmed final texts show he believed he was being blackmailed. The real estate firm she worked for liquidated Epstein’s properties. An Epstein-connected modeling agency’s co-founder retired abruptly after her Epstein emails went public — and sources claim Erika Kirk took meetings there. Nobody in the mainstream press is asking her about any of it on the record.
So we are.
