His Name Is First in the File
Witness accounts from a federal document name the president, Les Wexner, and others. Here's what's in the record—and what's not.
A note on sourcing: This piece is based on documents released by the DOJ at justice.gov/epstein. Witness accounts cited below appear in those files. They have not been independently verified by Last Page First, nor have they been tested in court. We are reporting what the record contains—not making determinations of truth.
The witness accounts in the EFTA files are unsworn statements collected during an investigation that did not result in charges. Some witnesses are named; others are described only by role.

A document that came from justice.gov. A document with a Bates stamp, EFTA01648951, that you can verify exists right now on your own.
